All staff receive regular safeguarding training, supervision, and updates to ensure they remain confident in recognising concerns, responding appropriately, and following clear reporting routes. We operate safer recruitment procedures, maintain robust risk assessments, and ensure that all adults working with children understand their responsibilities and professional boundaries.
Meadow Pathways works closely with families, schools, health professionals, and multi-agency partners to ensure concerns are addressed quickly and effectively.
